Okta Identity Management Access Management SSO MFA

We are seeking a highly motivated IT professional to join our dynamic team as an Okta expert. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Okta identity and access management solutions. You will integrate Okta with various applications and systems, develop SSO and MFA solutions, and automate processes using Okta Workflows. You will also perform regular system audits, monitor identities and access rights, and troubleshoot issues related to Okta configurations and integrations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to gather requirements and implement effective identity management solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain Okta identity and access management solutions.
Integrate Okta with various applications and systems (cloud/SaaS).
Develop and configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions using Okta.
Design and develop automation with various applications and systems using Okta Workflows.
Perform regular system audits and security assessments.
Monitor identities, access rights, and usage patterns to mitigate risks.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Okta configurations and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.

Requirements:

Permanent residency or U.S. citizenship
5+ years of IT experience
3+ years of Okta experience
Experience using Okta as an enterprise identity provider solution
Knowledge of Okta features, integrations, and architecture.
Understanding of authentication protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth/SSO).
Experience with identity management, IDaaS, provisioning, user lifecycle operations, and federation
Experience implementing automated provisioning using custom provisioning flows, SCIM, or JIT capabilities
Experience configuring user authentication policies and application connections in Okta
Experience configuring and managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) factors for Okta users
Experience leveraging Okta APIs
Experience administering and supporting productivity tools (G-suite, Zoom, Slack, Jira, GitHub, etc.)
