Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, seeks a Program Director for IDD Services to lead multiple community programs, ensuring person-centered planning, service delivery, and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes staff supervision, program development, and operational excellence across sites.

You will oversee hiring decisions, on-call coverage, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in Human Services preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Other state requirements or regulations may apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs, including supports, planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance and staffing.
• Supervise program staff with performance evaluations, scheduling and orientation.
• Make hiring, transfer, promotion, salary and termination recommendations/decisions.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure programs are engaging, person-centered and compliant.
• Be on-call to support staff, cover shifts as needed.
