Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, is seeking a Program Director for IDD Services to lead day-to-day operations across several community programs, including direct supports, planning, health care, advocacy, compliance, staffing, and budget management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in Human Services preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance may be required per state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs including direct supports and planning.
• Ensure health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, and budgeting are managed.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate program staff; handle on-call coverage as needed.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure engaging, person-centered supports.
