Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of up to four IDD programs.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop DSPs and other team members.
• Provide coaching, performance management, and ongoing staff support.
• Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
• Build relationships with individuals served, family members, guardians, and community partners.
• Monitor program quality, outcomes, and service delivery standards.
• Address staffing, scheduling, and operational challenges as they arise.
• Foster a positive, person-centered culture focused on dignity, respect, and independence.
