Job summary

Sevita, via ResCare Community Living, seeks a Program Director for IDD Services to oversee 1–4 programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered supports and compliance across operations.

You will lead planning, health care coordination, advocacy, regulatory compliance, and staffing while fostering a safe, engaging environment for individuals served. This is a mission-driven role with opportunities for growth within Sevita.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• 2–3 years of related experience in human services preferred.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs in a community.
• Oversee program staff: performance, scheduling, orientation.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective action, terminations.
• Manage program planning, monitor service delivery, ensure engagement and relevance.
• Must be available on-call to support staff and cover shifts.
