Sevita is seeking a Program Director for IDD Services in Belton, MO, to lead multiple community-based IDD programs and mentor a team of DSPs and care staff. The role emphasizes living well for individuals and fostering independence within a supportive team.

You will oversee operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and build strong partnerships with families and community partners, driving quality outcomes and person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting individuals with IDD.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in residential or community-based disability services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of up to four IDD programs.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop DSPs and other staff.
• Provide coaching, performance management, and staff support.
• Manage program budgets and resources.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Build strong relationships with individuals served, families, guardians, and partners.
• Monitor program quality, outcomes, and service delivery standards.
• Address staffing, scheduling, and operational challenges.
• Foster a positive, person-centered culture focused on dignity, and independence.
