Job summary

Sevita seeks a Program Director to lead residential and community-based programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). You’ll oversee operations, compliance, staff development, and financial performance to promote independence and well‑being.

In this role you’ll coordinate person-centered supports, health care, and stakeholder relations while ensuring regulatory readiness and high-quality outcomes across assigned programs, travel as needed in the service area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Science required.
• Two to three years of leadership experience in Human Services/IDD preferred.
• ICF experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct supports, person-centered planning, health care coordination and regulatory compliance.
• Lead program operations, staff development, budgeting and census management.
• Ensure quality outcomes and regulatory compliance across assigned programs.
