RHA Health Services is seeking an IDD Executive Director to lead the operational, clinical, financial, and employee relations functions at a single location. The role focuses on delivering high-quality supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and coordinating with the corporate office to maintain compliance with state and federal standards.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a human services field or healthcare management, with 5–7 years in management

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field, healthcare management or general business/public administration.
• Graduate degrees in related areas are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Directly supervise employees including Home Managers, QMRPs, QDDPs, Program Managers, Training Coordinators, Vocational Coordinators, Business Managers, Nurses, Psychologist/Behavior Analyst, and Dietician.
• Coordinate and direct the activities of the Quality Management Team to ensure high-quality supports and outcomes for persons supported.
• Ensure adequate clinical supervision/oversight by the clinical team.
• Ensure implementation of the Unit Quality Improvement Plan and Staff Training Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain the unit Quality Assurance system and monitor chart reviews for compliance with policy.
