00 RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring an Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for an IDD-focused business unit. You will ensure high-quality, person-centered services while maintaining regulatory compliance and fiscal accountability.

The role oversees clinical, administrative, and workforce operations, drives quality improvements, and shapes outcomes through a high-performing interdisciplinary team of professionals in a regulated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human services, health administration, social work, or related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in IDD services or related healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality frameworks (HCBS, CMS, CARF, state licensing).
• Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and drive service excellence.
• Strong financial acumen, including operating budgets and performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the overall management of the business unit, ensuring person-centered service delivery, program integrity, and a strong organizational culture.
• Oversees and integrates the work of clinical, administrative, and operational departments, including unit staff.
• Maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements and proactively addresses non-compliance or risk.
• Provides fiscal oversight and ensures adherence to budgetary goals and financial targets.
• Drives quality improvements and monitors Personal Outcome Measures (POMs).
• Directs the development, execution, and monitoring of the unit's Quality Improvement Plan and audits.
• Ensures clinical oversight by licensed professionals and alignment with best practices.
• Leads staff training initiatives and fosters professional development.
• Collaborates with external agencies, families, and community partners.
