The Support, Inc. Network is seeking a compassionate Day Services colleague in Loveland, CO, to support adults with IDD in center and community activities. You will lead engaging programs, assist with daily living tasks, and help individuals grow skills and independence.

This role requires prior IDD and behavioral support experience, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or GED. Flexible hours and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral support is required.
• Ability to lift and transfer individuals weighing up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance are required.

Responsabilités

• Promote Community Integration by planning and facilitating activities in community settings.
• Provide Personalized Support with hygiene, meals, and daily living tasks according to individual needs.
• Provide Transportation and Accompaniment to appointments and outings; ensure safety.
• Assist with Medical tasks including scheduling, attending appointments, and basic health monitoring.
• Support Skill Development in communication, problem solving, and daily living activities.
• Document Progress with accurate progress notes and records.
• Maintain Flexible Scheduling based on individuals' needs.
