Job summary

Support, Inc. in Aurora, CO is seeking a dedicated Day Services teammate to run engaging activities for adults with IDD both at our center and in the community.

You will promote social growth, provide hands-on support, and help participants reach personal goals in a cooperative, team-based setting. Flexible full- or part-time scheduling is available, with a pay range up to $22 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check readiness required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.
• Experience with IDD preferred.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote community integration through activities and events.
• Provide personalized support including hygiene, meals, and tasks.
• Coordinate transportation and accompany individuals to appointments.
• Assist with medical appointments, scheduling, and health monitoring.
• Support development of life skills and independence.
• Document progress notes and activity logs.
• Maintain flexible scheduling based on client needs.
