Support, Inc. is hiring for a Day Services role in Arvada, CO. You will lead engaging activities for adults with IDD in the community and at our center, supporting skill development, daily living, and independence.

Responsibilities include promoting inclusion, providing personalized care, scheduling and attending medical appointments, and documenting progress. A high school diploma or GED is required; experience with IDD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, engaged in community activities.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer tasks and documentation.
• Willing to pass a background check with no issues.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and auto insurance.
• Education: high school diploma or GED.
• Some experience with adults with IDD is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Promote Community Integration: plan and facilitate activities for social development and inclusion.
• Provide Personalized Support: assist with hygiene, meals, and household tasks tailored to needs.
• Transportation and Accompaniment: transport and accompany individuals to appointments and outings.
• Medical Assistance: support medical care, schedule and attend appointments, monitor health.
• Skill Development: train in life skills to foster independence.
• Document Progress: maintain progress notes, medical records, logs.
• Flexible Scheduling: hours vary based on client needs.
