Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting individuals with IDD is required.
• Hands-on experience in behavioral support in direct care or day programs is essential.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and community-based activities.

Responsibilities

• Promote community integration through planned activities and events.
• Provide personalized support including hygiene, meals, and household tasks.
• Arrange transportation and accompany individuals to appointments and outings.
• Assist with medical needs, appointments, and monitoring overall health.
• Support skill development in communication, problem solving, and daily living.
