Support Inc. is seeking a compassionate Day Services team member to assist adults with IDD in a center and community setting. You will plan engaging activities, support daily living, and help participants grow skills and independence with an energetic, inclusive approach.

Important Note: This position requires prior experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), including individuals who have significant behavioral support needs.
We are specifically seeking candidates who have hands‑on experience working in behavioral support within direct care, day programs, residential services, or similar settings. Due to the complexity of the individuals supported in this role, applicants without relevant IDD and behavioral support experience will not be considered.
