Ideal candidates are outgoing, tech-savvy, and able to complete documentation, with a high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation. The role offers full/part-time hours and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and enthusiastic to join day program team.
• Able to assist with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Comfortable in community settings with IDD.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate community and center activities to foster social development.
• Assist with hygiene, meals, and household tasks.
• Provide transportation to appointments and events.
• Support medical needs, schedule and attend appointments.
• Maintain progress notes and logs.
• Adapt schedules to the needs of individuals.
