The Support, Inc. Network in Colorado Springs is seeking an energetic Day Services team member to help adults with IDD grow new skills and connections. You will lead engaging activities both at the center and in the community, supporting independence and social participation.

You will assist with daily living tasks, coordinate transportation, and document progress while keeping safety and inclusion as priorities. The role offers a full/part-time schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to pass a background check.
• Experience working with adults with IDD is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate community and center activities for adults with IDD.
• Assist with daily living activities, hygiene, and meal prep as needed.
• Provide transportation and accompany individuals to appointments and events.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and records of services rendered.
• Promote inclusion, safety, and skill development during activities.
