Job summary

Help At Home, LLC is hiring a Client Service Supervisor to support clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will develop and implement PCISPs, coordinate caregiver schedules, maintain client records, and communicate with the client team.

No on-call and no 24-hour availability required; hours vary to meet client needs. Office hours are Mon–Fri 8:30AM–5:00PM, with flexible scheduling to support client needs and regional goals.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and dedication to helping people and building relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong record-keeping and task-prioritization abilities.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving capability.
• Experience with clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Own a personal vehicle that is insured and meets state requirements; valid driver's license.
• Clean background checks and pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, family, caregivers, and team members.
• Provide thoughtful client/caregiver matches using a relationship-focused approach.
• Train caregivers on the client’s PCISP and coordinate additional training as needed.
• Create and document client schedules based on needs, availability, and budget.
• Attend quarterly meetings to review PCISP and design support strategies.
• Maintain records in EMR and submit quarterly and annual reports.
• Support growth by adding new clients in line with regional goals.
• Foster positive, relationship-focused care to create great days for clients.
