Help at Home is seeking a Client Service Supervisor to support clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will help develop and implement a Person-Centered Individualized Support Plan (PCISP) and coordinate caregiver schedules with the team.

Office hours are weekday mornings, with varying hours to meet client needs. This role emphasizes relationship-building, training delivery, and thorough documentation in EMR systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Independent work ethic and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience with clients who have intellectual or developmental disabilities is a plus.
  • A insured personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license required.
  • Clean background checks and pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, family members, caregivers, case managers, and team members through regular check-ins and follow-through.
  • Coordinate caregiver schedules and PCISP-based training.
  • Document client schedules, PCISP budgets, and quarterly/annual reports.
  • Attend quarterly meetings to review PCISP and support strategies.
  • Keep accurate records in EMR and other systems.

Overview

Help at Home is hiring a Client Service Supervisor to support our clients with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD)! Now offering weekly pay! Help at Home is the nation’s leading provider of high-quality support services to clients with disabilities. Our goal is to provide quality services to help clients live as independently as possible. Help at Home leads the home care industry in protecting our clients, caregivers and employees. We provide priority vaccine access, a ready supply of quality PPE, and up-to-date training. At Help at Home, our IDD Client Service Supervisors work with the client and their team to develop and implement a Person-Centered Individualized Support Plan (PCISP). The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules, maintaining client records, and ongoing communication with the client and their team. NO ON CALL, NO 24-HOUR AVAILABILITY NECESSARY! Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM, but work hours for this role will vary to support client needs.

Responsibilities

A typical day includes:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, family members, caregivers, case managers, and team members through regular check-ins, trustworthiness, reliability, and follow-through
  • Utilizing a relationship-focused approach to make thoughtful client/caregiver matches
  • Providing high-quality training to caregivers on client’s PCISP, including coordinating any additional training required for behavior or risk plans
  • Creating and documenting client schedules based on client need, caregiver availability, and PCISP budget/goals
  • Attending and participating in quarterly meetings to review client PCISP, design and implement support strategies, and collaborating with the client and their team to reach client goals
  • Maintaining excellent records, including documentation in EMR, writing and submitting quarterly and annual reports, incident reports, and risk plans
  • Focusing on growth by admitting new clients based on regional goals
  • Creating great days and meaningful moments for our clients through dedicated, relationship-focused care
Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • A positive attitude and the desire to work hard, help people, and make lasting relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization skills, with a focus on record-keeping and task-prioritization
  • Strong independent work ethic and problem-solving ability
  • Experience working with clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities is a plus
  • A personal vehicle that is insured and meets state safety/licensure requirements
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Clean background checks and pass a drug test.
Education And Experience
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred; May require higher level of education or certification.
  • Current PPD, or Chest x-ray if applicable.
  • Medicaid, Waiver, or Home Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Other Requirements pursuant to state or local rules as applicable.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to move, transport, or position: up to 50 pounds; up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
Travel Requirements
  • Regular travel on a daily or weekly basis required, even in inclement weather
