Job summary

Help At Home, LLC is seeking a Client Service Supervisor to oversee client care coordination, records, and staff coaching in Georgia. This on-site role requires strong organization, communication, and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

You will manage aide assignments, monitor care plans, and ensure high-quality service for diverse clients across multiple locations. The position includes leadership responsibilities, travel within service areas, and regular performance feedback.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; may require higher education.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Medicaid, Waiver, or Home Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and related paperwork.
• Protect confidentiality of client and agency information under HIPAA guidelines.
• Assigns homecare aides based on client needs and Plan of Care.
• Coach caregivers to ensure high-quality client care and escalate concerns.
• Communicate schedules and changes with clients, aides, referrals, and management.
