Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Client Service Manager to lead quality care, customer service, and staff performance for our home-based clients in Washington. You will oversee care delivery, coordinate scheduling, and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, excellent communication, and the ability to organize and solve problems quickly. A valid driver’s license and independent work ethic are required.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree in business, nursing, social services, or related field preferred.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently with good judgement.

Responsibilities

Oversee quality care and client satisfaction.
Supervise caregivers delivering direct care.
Manage employee scheduling and resolve issues.
Maintain relationships with referral partners and clients.
Conduct periodic home visits and safety checks.
