Job summary

Help At Home is seeking a Client Service Supervisor to lead care coordination and ensure compliant, high-quality home care services across our client base. You will supervise scheduling, records, and staff performance while maintaining strong relationships with clients and referral sources.

This role emphasizes confidentiality, accurate documentation, and proactive communication to support client independence and safety in their homes. Weekly pay is available and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and related paperwork.
• Protect confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Assign homecare aides based on client needs and care plans.
• Coach caregivers to ensure high quality client care and address performance concerns.
• Communicate schedules and changes with clients, aides, referral sources, and management.
• Attend in-home visits as needed to assess needs and maintain client connection.
• Prepare departmental reports and document client conditions.
