Qualifications
- Bachelor's in related field with IDD experience required.
- Bachelor's in unrelated field with 4 years IDD experience.
- Master's in related field with 1 year IDD experience.
Responsibilities
- Advocate for the people we serve and help them achieve their goals.
- Develop and monitor individualized service plans.
- Provide guidance and supervision to direct support staff.
- Participate in ISP meetings and collaborate with families and care teams.
- Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and quality service delivery.
- Build strong community partnerships and serve as a resource for stakeholders.
