Abound Health is seeking a Qualified Professional to support Service Recipients under Innovations Waiver or State Funded Services. You will help individuals live meaningful lives with high-quality care and advocacy.

The role emphasizes supervision, goal setting, and billing oversight, with opportunities to engage in community outreach and program development. Competitive benefits and 401(k) after a year.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related human service field with 2 years of full-time IDD experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field with 4 years of full-time IDD experience, OR
• Master’s degree in a related human service field with 1 year of full-time IDD experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop individualized short-term goals and interventions.
• Conduct clinical and employee supervisory visits with focus on care and compliance.
• Provide development plans and annual performance evaluations for direct care staff.
• Participate in ISP meetings to advocate for recipients.
• Monitor billing, maintain documentation, and resolve grievances.
