Job summary

JBS International, Inc. is seeking an ICWA Partnership Coordinator and Facilitator to lead logistics for Title IV-B ICWA Collaborative meetings, trainings, and peer networking events. You will coordinate planning, execution, and communications across Tribal, State, Court, and federal partners.

The role requires strong planning, organizational skills, and the ability to translate ICWA requirements into actionable workflows with sensitivity to Tribal sovereignty and cultural considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex events and meetings.
• Ability to facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the sole logistics coordinator for ICWA Collaborative meetings and events.
• Plan and manage all event logistics for virtual, hybrid, and in-person activities.
• Coordinate venue selection, registrations, travel, materials, AV, and communications.
• Draft and distribute meeting agendas, summaries, and action-item trackers.
• Maintain participant databases, tracking, and follow-up communications.
