JBS International is seeking a Technical Assistance Manager II to coordinate logistics for Title IV B ICWA Collaborative events, trainings and peer networking activities. The role supports meeting planning, registration, materials, travel arrangements and technology, and serves as lead facilitator for on-site events.

The position collaborates with federal partners, Tribal representatives, State agencies and subject matter experts to ensure culturally responsive, participant-centered events

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration, Native American Studies, Communications, Event Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience coordinating meetings, conferences, trainings or large events; tribal/State work preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as the sole logistics coordinator for Title IV B ICWA Collaborative meetings, trainings, and events.
• Plan and manage virtual, hybrid and in-person event logistics, including venues, travel, registration and materials.
• Facilitate in-person, virtual and hybrid Collaborative meetings and peer networking sessions.
• Develop agendas, facilitate discussions and support peer learning across Tribal State and Court partners.
• Collect and organize event data for reporting and continuous improvement.
