Job summary

JBS International seeks an ICWA Partnership and Implementation Lead to advance Tribe-State-Court collaborations and translate ICWA requirements into sustainable workflows and policies. You will work with state, county, tribal partners and CBP teams to plan, implement, and improve technical assistance activities.

The role requires deep knowledge of ICWA, AFCARS, and child welfare systems, with strong facilitation, policy analysis, and data-informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field.
• At least 15 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with ICWA implementation and Tribal-State partnerships.
• Experience providing technical assistance and coaching.
• Authorization to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and support training and technical assistance activities.
• Maintain collaboration with Tribal, State/County, and court partners.
• Develop implementation tools, workflows, and guidance documents.
• Support planning, quality improvement, and program evaluation.
• Provide input on reports, presentations, and TA products.
