Banner Casa Grande Medical Center is seeking an ICU SWAT Team RN for night shifts to manage urgent patient care and rapid responses. You will coordinate with the Clinical Care Operations team and support bed assignment, unit staffing, and patient transport.

The role requires active RN licensure, BLS, and clinical expertise. You will participate in emergency preparedness and deliver nursing care across multiple departments, with an emphasis on rapid response and transport as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in clinical nursing areas is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop nursing plans of care.
• Implement and supervise nursing care per physician orders and policy.
• Document assessments, plans, and interventions accurately.
