Job summary

Banner Casa Grande Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN to join the Clinical Care Operations team. This role supports patients across Med Surg, Obs, and Progressive Care units, with the opportunity to strengthen your RN skills in a learning-focused environment.

Nights (7PM–7:30AM) with 36 hours per week on a rotating weekends/holidays schedule. Plus $3/hr float pay, 18% night differential, and a $3/hr weekend differential when applicable.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and plans care.
• Implements the plan of care with coordination and supervision.
• Evaluates patient responses and revises care as needed.
• Documents care plans and patient responses in the medical record.
• Collaborates with the health care team to ensure safe, effective care.
