Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an ICU/CCU Registered Nurse for the Gilbert, Arizona location. This full-time night shift position offers three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with an 18% night differential and a $3/hour weekend differential.

A BSN is preferred, and RN licensure in good standing is required. Candidates will provide direct patient care in a Magnet-recognized facility and participate in ongoing growth opportunities within Banner Gateway Medical Center and Banner MD Anderson

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Experience in ICU/CCU settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and nursing standards.
• Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team and supervise support staff as needed.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Document nursing care and patient responses accurately and timely.
• Promote evidence-based practice and participate in quality improvement activities.
