Mercy Health is seeking a Progressive Care/Step Down RN to join The Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational leadership requirements.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, assess patient needs, develop care plans, and ensure safe patient environments while coordinating across units such as Med-Surg and ICU. New grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience required.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• BSN preferred, not required.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, analyze data, plan and evaluate care.
• Serve as a liaison for patient care coordination across hospital units (Med-Surg to ICU).
• Administer medications safely according to policy and procedures.
• Contribute to quality improvement and maintain a safe environment for patients.
