Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred, not required).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS or ACLS certification (ACLS required within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments; update care plans and document treatment.
• Serve as contact for patient care coordination across hospital departments.
• Act as patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement.
• Administer medications safely per state practice and policies.
