Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment, analyze data, create and implement a plan of care, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Serves as point of contact for patients' care coordination across hospital departments.
• Acts as a patient safety advocate by participating in quality improvement in the department.
• Administer medications in a safe manner per policy.
