Job summary

Mercy Health in Cincinnati is seeking a Progressive Care (Step down) Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care in the Jewish Hospital. You will work nights, provide leadership in patient assessment, and coordinate care across Med-Surg and ICU units to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience required.
• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred with ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and create a plan of care.
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments.
• Administer medications safely and in line with policies.
• Support patient safety and participate in quality improvement.
