Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments and formulate care plans.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per physician orders.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Supervise staff and orient new personnel as assigned.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in medical records.
