Responsibilities

• Completes patient assessments and formulates plan of care; oversees implementation and evaluates progress.
• Provides nursing care in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Administers medications and IV therapies as prescribed by a licensed independent practitioner.
• Supervises and mentors staff and students; participates in discharge planning and transition of care.
