Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, Colorado is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. The role focuses on comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and patient-family education to promote healing and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), current RN license in Colorado, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• RN must hold an active nursing license and be able to practice in Colorado.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• English fluency and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments across physiological and psychosocial domains.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate care with medical staff to ensure safe, effective patient care.
