Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required for RN licensure and practice.
- Strong clinical assessment, planning, and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and adjust as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
- Coordinate care with medical staff to ensure effective teamwork.
