Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, Colorado is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include assessing patients across multiple domains, creating and updating individualized care plans, and administering treatments per physician orders.

You will educate families, coordinate with the care team, and document outcomes in the medical record. Applicants must hold an RN license with BLS, have at least 1 year ICU experience, and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Nursing required.
Minimum 1 year ICU experience required.
RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure clear communication.
