Job summary

AdventHealth in Littleton, CO seeks a full-time NICU registered nurse for night shift to support our clinical ladder goals and exceptional patient care. You will assess, plan, administer and educate in a collaborative hospital setting.

The role requires an RN license and a minimum of 1 year NICU experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Relocation and sign-on may be available; pay range is competitive under our AdventHealth compensation program.

Qualifications

• NICU nursing experience required (minimum 1 year).
• RN license required; BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care; regularly evaluate and revise plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care.
