Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, Colorado is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will assess physiological, psychological, developmental, and spiritual factors to guide individualized care plans and ensure safety and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and a strong ability to educate patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS certification are required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Additional unit/state licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure teamwork and safe patient care.
• Document care activities and outcomes in the medical record.
