Job summary

Mount Carmel Dublin is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU with a 12-hour night shift. The role includes mentoring nurses in IMC and M/S units and serving as Rapid Response for the hospital.

The RN will provide care within the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, ensuring patient-centered care across physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, following organizational standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing is required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.
• Casual RNs require 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and promote patient safety.
• Assess and develop a care plan with patient and family.
• Communicate and document care to the team in a timely manner.
• Mentor/coaching of nurses in IMC and M/S units; act as Rapid Response.

Education
