Qualifications

• For Casual RNs 2 years of experience required.
• New graduates with <1 year of clinical experience enter Nurse Residency.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care and ensures patient safety in a 12-bed Medical ICU.
• Collaborates with ICU providers and families to develop and implement care plans.
• Communicates pertinent information to the care team promptly.
• Documents assessments, interventions and outcomes per guidelines.
• Accountable for care delivered by licensed and unlicensed staff.
