Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU department at Aurora Medical Center Burlington, WI. The ideal candidate completes an accredited nursing program, holds an RN license, and maintains BLS (ACLS/PALS within 6 months).

The role involves coordinating comprehensive patient care in a high-performance ICU with a 1:1 or 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio. Three 12-hour shifts per week are planned (3x12h), with a $5/hour night-shift differential and weekend/Holiday A/B rotations.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS certification; ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes.
