This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with 3 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and rotating weekends/holidays. Requires an RN license in WI and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience; BSN preferred.

Strong EHR skills and commitment to safety are essential. Salary range is $38.20–$57.30 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license in Wisconsin (or multi-state compact) and privileges to practice in WI.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Licensed to practice in the state(s) where care is provided, telehealth/virtual care included.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with patient/family involvement.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to improve outcomes.
• Upholds a culture of safety and ensures evidence-based practices are followed.
• Maintains accurate EHR documentation and may float to other units as needed.
