Job summary

Aurora Medical Center – Mount Pleasant is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our 12-bed ICU unit, delivering high-acuity care with a typical 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio. This part-time role requires 2 shifts per week from 7:00pm to 7:30am, with weekend and holiday rotation and a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour.

Ideal candidates will have completed an accredited nursing program and hold a Wisconsin RN license, plus BLS; ACLS/NIHSS are recommended within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. ACLS and NIHSS recommended within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Maintain the safest patient environment and the best patient experience by applying evidence-based practice and strong communication.
