Job summary

Aurora Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the ICU at Aurora Medical Center Burlington, a dynamic 10-bed critical care unit blending community warmth with regional complexity. You will provide advanced hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical ventilation, vasoactive infusions, and post-operative care within 1:1 or 1:2 nurse-patient ratios.

Ideal candidates have an accredited nursing program, WI RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS/PALS certifications, with commitment to quality, safety, and

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities
