Aurora Medical Center Burlington is seeking a skilled RN to join the 10-bed ICU, delivering high‑quality care to a diverse patient population using evidence‑based practices. The unit emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compassionate care in a community hospital setting.

The RN will work three 12-hour shifts weekly (1845-0715) with a $5/hour night shift differential and rotating weekends/holidays, supporting professional growth and collaborative care delivery.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
• ACLS or PALS for Healthcare Providers certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
