Advocate Health's ICU unit in Burlington, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, 36 hours/week. Three 12-hour night shifts (1845-0715) with weekend and holiday rotations. Competitive pay range and night shift differential, with comprehensive benefits.

The ICU handles diverse medical, surgical, cardiac, and neuro-critical cases in a 10-bed unit with a 1:1 or 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio. Requirements include an accredited nursing program, Wisconsin RN license, BLS, and ACLS/PALS

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• ACLS, PALS eligibility within 6 months of hire, BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care per established standards and policies.
