Advocate Health's Aurora Medical Center - Grafton in Wisconsin seeks an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative team setting. The role includes 36 hours per week with a 1900-0700 night shift option, and potential for rotating days.Weekend rotations, self-scheduling, and a sign-on bonus are offered to eligible candidates.

Experience in critical care is valued; BLS and ACLS are required or must be obtained within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Lead clinical decisions to create a safe, therapeutic patient environment.
