Job summary

Advocate Health Care in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced or newly licensed Registered Nurse to join our Magnet-designated ICU team at Aurora Sinai Medical Center in Milwaukee. The role features 16-bed Medical Respiratory ICU care with opportunities for career growth and advanced practice, plus a comprehensive residency program for new grads.

Night shift 7:00 PM–7:30 AM with weekend and holiday rotation, 36 hours per week, and a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong interest in service and health equity; teamwork and ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead with evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, and clear communication to ensure the safest environment and best patient experience.
